Seems to be going down the pan!!
I have been using Hopi for a number of year now and was 100% satisfied with them at the start...it was a game changer in Dubai. However the customer service seems to have taken a massive step backwards. Previously, Charlie used to respond within minutes and make sure you order was processed or updated and received within 24 hours. Now the customer service seems to be non existent. Shame!!

Nonexistent customer service
I’ve been using Hopi for years, the actual product is very good and they have always been very efficient. HOWEVER, I have been asking to change my prescription for months and still nothing. My emails bounce back, their instagram has disappeared. The one mobile number I do have is a third party and he isn’t able to change anything, just deliver. This is extremely disappointing and I’m not sure how legit this company is. This is a shame as the product is good, but the customer service is non existent and they just continuously take your money.
